Progressive Soft Tissue Dysfunction Massage
Focused work to uncover the source of aches, pains, and restrictions—layer by layer. Pre- and post-assessments, along with your feedback, help measure progress. This approach may feel somewhat like physical therapy as we locate the root of the issue. It can also feel like a slow, very gentle deep tissue massage. Three sessions are recommended per concern as we work to unravel the problem.
